When you place an order we collect your name, email address, delivery address and the details of what you bought. Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.

- To email you order confirmations and dispatch updates — necessary for the contract.
- To keep records for tax and accounting — to comply with our legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We only share your data with the services we need to run the shop:
- Stripe — to process payments.
- Royal Mail — to deliver your parcel.
- Resend — to send you order emails.
- Amazon Web Services / Railway — hosting and storage.
We never sell your data or share it for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for six years to meet UK tax requirements, then delete them. Other data is kept only as long as we need it.
