These terms apply to every order placed with Brazil Football Shirts, a UK sole trader: [FILL IN TRADING NAME], [FILL IN BUSINESS ADDRESS]. By placing an order you agree to them.
Ordering
When you place an order you’ll receive an email acknowledging it. A contract between us is formed only when we email to confirm your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order — for example if an item is out of stock — and will refund you in full if we do.
Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable charges. We are not VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged. Payment is taken securely by Stripe at checkout.
Delivery
We ship to UK addresses only, by Royal Mail Tracked 48. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. We aren’t responsible for delays caused by the courier once the parcel has been posted.
Cancellations and returns
You have the right to cancel and return your order — see our Returns Policy for how and when.
Faulty or misdescribed goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 your items must be as described and of satisfactory quality. If something arrives faulty, email us and we’ll repair, replace or refund it.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. We’re not liable for losses that weren’t foreseeable at the time you ordered.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
