Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. To cancel, just email hello@brazilfootballshirts.com with your order number.

Returning the items

Once you’ve told us you want to cancel, you have a further 14 days to send the items back. They should be unworn and in their original condition with any tags attached. You are responsible for return postage, and we recommend using a tracked service.

Refunds

We’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving the items back (or of you proving you sent them). Refunds go back to your original payment method and include the standard outbound delivery cost. If items come back damaged through your handling, we may reduce the refund accordingly.

Faulty items

If an item is faulty or not as described, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply on top of the above. Email us and we’ll sort out a repair, replacement or full refund including postage.
